Job Description:
As a Spa Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and play a key role in delivering excellent service. Your responsibilities include:

• Managing client bookings and assisting with appointments
• Maintaining smooth front desk operations
• Supporting spa staff as needed
• Handling clients, emails, calls ,watsapp both in English and Chinese Professionally

Requirements:

• Singaporean / PR / LTVP only
• Presentable, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude, resilient, and target-oriented
• Previous experience in reception or customer service is a plus
