Train Service Controller (Communications)

Salary:

Basic salary of $2250 to $2600 (subjected to work experiences)

Fixed monthly allowance of $250.

Responsibilities:

- Develop communication plans and relay information to the public through audio and visual channels.

- Monitor social media to identify trends and potential issues.

- Provide situation updates and suggest alternatives to improve commuters’ travel experience, especially during train service delays.

- Liaise with external agencies as required.

- Submit fault requests to the relevant departments.

Requirements:

- Diploma in any discipline

- Able to work on rotating shifts, including duties on weekends and on public holidays.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to work independently or collaboratively with diverse teams.

- Highly motivated and able to perform under pressure.

- Able to think strategically.
