Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-oriented Spa Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our spa and ensure an exceptional experience for every client.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome walk-in and appointment-based customers to create a positive first impression
• Manage appointment bookings through phone calls, messaging platforms, and in-person interactions to optimize scheduling
• Respond to client inquiries clearly and professionally to provide accurate information and support
• Coordinate therapists’ schedules daily to ensure smooth spa operations and timely service delivery
• Process payments accurately and complete basic administrative tasks to support front desk efficiency
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area to enhance the spa environment
• Collaborate with team members to support a relaxing and pleasant spa atmosphere for clients

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Proficient spoken Chinese to communicate effectively with clients who prefer this language
• Pleasant personality demonstrated through strong communication and customer service skills in client interactions
• Well-groomed appearance with a professional and positive attitude
• Prior experience in customer service or the spa/beauty industry to contribute relevant knowledge and skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
