Security Officer (Luxury Jewellery Retail)

• Full-Time Permanent Role – 5-Day Work Week, 44 Hours (Shift Work)

Key Responsibilities:

• Adhere to security procedures while providing professional surveillance of customers, property, and premises using observation and electronic systems.
• Maintain situational awareness, assess risks, and ensure proper merchandise control.
• Manage entrance duties by greeting clients, monitoring access, and preventing unauthorized activities.
• Conduct patrols and inspections, enforce policies, and ensure all equipment is functioning properly.
• Monitor and respond to incidents and alarms, including coordination with the Remote Operation Center (ROC) and completing investigations.
• Maintain records, manage keys, support team operations, and assist with opening and closing of the premises.

Key Requirement:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in law enforcement or luxury retail/hotel security
• Certified and trained Security Officer with relevant higher education, ideally in security, and strong technological and computer skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in a multicultural, professional environment.
• Demonstrated client-focused approach, professionalism, and commitment to continuous learning.
• Flexible to work shifts and adapt to operational requirements.
