About
We are looking for a dynamic and tech-savvy Sales Executive to drive the growth of our eSIM business. This role goes beyond traditional sales — we want someone who can leverage AI tools and digital marketing strategies to enhance customer acquisition and conversion.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales of eSIM products and achieve individual and team targets
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across B2C and B2B segments
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure retention and repeat business
- Execute day-to-day sales activities, including handling inquiries, preparing quotations/tenders, and following up with clients
- Plan and implement tactical sales strategies to grow revenue and profit margins
- Utilize AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, automation platforms, data analytics tools) to enhance sales and marketing effectiveness
- Execute digital marketing initiatives across social media and online platforms
- Analyze customer behavior and optimize campaigns to improve conversion rates
- Gather market intelligence, including competitor analysis and customer feedback
- Stay up to date with industry trends and identify opportunities for growth
- Provide technical sales and marketing support to customers when required
- Collaborate closely with marketing and operations teams on campaigns and promotions
- Ensure compliance with corporate governance and trade requirements
- Achieve KPIs and carry out additional tasks assigned by management
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, preferably in telecom, tech industries
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with or willingness to learn AI tools and digital marketing strategies
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in eSIM, telecommunications, or cross-border services
- Knowledge of platforms like TikTok, Xiaohongshu, Instagram
- Multilingual abilities (English & Chinese preferred)
