Key Responsibilities

• Attend to customers and introduce products to achieve sales targets

• Handle cashiering and process transactions accurately

• Replenish inventory and ensure product displays are neat and attractive

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the retail store

• Support daily store operations and customer enquiries

  Job Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent qualification

• Prior retail or sales experience preferred

• Strong customer service and sales skills

• Able to work on shift schedules, including weekends and public holidays

• Responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented

• Good communication skills
