Job Description

Location: Orchard
Working Hours: 5-day work week (inclusive of weekends & Public Holidays), rotating shifts (9:30am–6:30pm / 12:30pm–9:30pm)

Duties

Sales Operations & Business Performance

  • Managed daily retail operations and executed business plans to achieve sales growth, profit, and inventory targets.

  • Led sales floor activities, driving team performance to meet KPIs and enhance customer experience.

  • Monitored sales performance, prepared budgets and management reports, and implemented action plans to improve results.

  • Reviewed purchasing trends and collaborated with suppliers to optimize sales and stock performance.

  • Oversaw stock management, physical inventory counts, stock movement, and shortage control audits.

Team Leadership & Staff Development

  • Supervised, coached, and motivated sales staff and promoters to deliver high service standards and achieve sales targets.

  • Conducted on-the-job training on customer service, selling techniques, product knowledge, POS systems, and grooming standards.

  • Managed staff discipline, performance monitoring, and monthly roster planning to ensure optimal manpower utilization.

  • Ensured adherence to company policies, operational procedures, and service excellence standards.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Handled customer enquiries, complaints, returns, and credit approvals promptly and professionally.

  • Developed and maintained a strong base of regular customers through personalized service and database management.

  • Supported boutiques via Duty Phone assistance when required.

Merchandising & Market Analysis

Marketing & Visual Merchandising

  • Collaborated with Visual Merchandising teams and vendors to optimize store layout, zoning, and product displays.

  • Provided feedback on promotional effectiveness and digital marketing initiatives.

Compliance, Safety & Operations

  • Ensured store cleanliness, safety, and security standards across sales floor, fitting rooms, and stock areas.

  • Enforced safety procedures and handled shoplifting incidents in coordination with security personnel.

  • Managed logistics documentation, renovation submissions, and coordinated meetings between suppliers and M&E teams.

  • Performed additional duties as assigned by management.
