Receptionist | Tanjong Pagar

At Dentalis, we're looking for a service-oriented professional to be the warm, welcoming face of our dental clinic. As our Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for every patient, helping create a smooth and exceptional experience from start to finish.

Location & Work Hours

• Location: 52 Craig Rd, Singapore 089690
• MRT: Tanjong Pagar / Maxwell / Outram
• Operating Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-6pm, Sat 9am-1pm (5.5-day week)

Key Responsibilities:

Front desk

• Greet and manage patients' registration
• Handle calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-in enquiries
• Schedule and manage appointments
• Process patient billing, and CHAS, Medisave, insurance claims
• Dispense prescribed medications

Clinic operation

• Keep the reception, pantry and toilets neat and welcoming
• Coordinate with dental laboratories on case logistics.
• Manage inventory of dental products and supplies
• Assist with administrative tasks and other duties to ensure smooth daily operations

What We’re Looking For:

• Singaporean / PR, minimum N/O Levels or ITE certification
• Warm, professional, and well-groomed
• Good spoken & written English (Mandarin/Malay a plus)
• Basic computer skills
• Organised, detail-oriented, able to multitask, good teamplayer
• Strong people skills; service or hospitality experience a plus (front desk, retail, ex-cabin crew welcome)
