QA Manual/Automation Tester

The Mission

We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Tester who is obsessed with quality and fueled by a "how can I break this?" mindset. You’ll be the final line of defense between our development team and our users, ensuring that every feature we ship is polished, functional, and intuitive.

What You’ll Do

• Hunt for Bugs: Execute manual and automated test cases across web and mobile platforms to identify, document, and track software defects.

• Collaborate: Work closely with Developers and Product Managers to understand requirements and provide feedback during the design phase.

• Build the Suite: Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and automated test scripts.

• Regress & Verify: Perform rigorous regression testing when bugs are resolved or new features are integrated.

• Advocate for the User: Identify UX friction points that aren't necessarily "bugs" but impact the overall experience.

What You Bring

• Experience: 5+ years in software quality assurance.

• Technical Toolkit: Proficiency with tools like [Jira, Selenium, Postman, Cypress, or Appium].

• API Testing: Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and how to test them.

• Methodology: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum workflows.

• Soft Skills: A "detective" mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to explain complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.

Bonus Points for...

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins).

• Knowledge of SQL for data verification.
