Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the project team, including but not limited to scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining project documentation.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure timely completion of project milestones.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the project manager.
- Maintain project budget and track expenses.
- Assist in the procurement of necessary equipment and supplies for the project.
- Act as a liaison between the project team and external vendors.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of project communications.
- Maintain project files and documentation in an organized and easily accessible manner.
- Proactively identify and address any potential project issues or delays.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring all project activities are in compliance.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the project manager.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Knowledge of project management principles and methodologies.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Prior experience in the IT industry is a plus.
