Provide administrative support in reconciliation of the data in MS Excel.
Assist in setting up appointments with departments for stocktaker visit to stocktake IT Assets.
Analyse data in Excel worksheets by comparing data between two spreadsheets using VLOOK.
Summarize large amount of data using pivot tables.
Assist in physical sample checking to ensure accuracy of data submitted by stocktakers.
Organize emails in MS Outlook, including responding to emails in a timely manner.
Coordinate with cross functional support teams.
Knowledge of data comparison formula in excel will be added advantage for this role. (e.g., IF, EXACT, COUNT, COUNTIF, COUNTIFS)
Other administrative tasks assigned as required.
Requirements include:
Min NITEC in any discipline
Comfortable working in a Healthcare environment.
Handson experience with VLOOKUP, and other Excel function
