Job Description

Monitor expenses and implement measures to control operational spending.
Oversee inventory control, procurement, and vendor relationships.
Ensure timely delivery of materials/services and manage logistics processes effectively.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate operational reports for senior management.
Use data analysis to guide strategic decision-making.
Collaborate with departments such as finance, HR, sales, and customer service to align operational goals.
Act as a liaison between upper management and frontline employees.
