Job Summary

Wave Dart Express Pte Ltd seeks a proactive Management Executive to drive daily operations, coordinate logistics activities, and support business planning within a dynamic logistics environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operational activities and deploy staff to optimize workflow and service delivery
• Prepare accurate reports, invoices, and operational documents to support business functions
• Communicate effectively with customers, drivers, and vendors to ensure smooth logistics coordination
• Monitor job schedules and track progress to guarantee timely service completion
• Assist management in analyzing business processes and implementing improvements for operational efficiency
• Perform general administrative tasks to maintain organized and efficient office operations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related field
• Relevant experience in logistics or related industries
• Knowledge of logistics industry practices and standards
