International Trade Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a competent International Trade Executive to join our team in Singapore. You will be responsible for trade logistics, regional hub management, business support, cross-border liaison, and compliance, serving as a key link between Singapore, Shanghai and Hong Kong Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage international transportation processes and trade operations to ensure smooth regional supply chain functioning
• Supervise daily office affairs, supplier contracts, and optimize internal processes for regional hub efficiency
• Handle sales support tasks including invoice processing, payment follow-up, and local customer reception
• Facilitate effective communication and reporting among Singapore, Shanghai, and Hong Kong offices as a cross-border liaison
• Monitor multiple project progress, ensure strict compliance with internal policies, and maintain high data accuracy
• Collect and analyze trade-related data accurately to support operational decisions
• Communicate fluently in English and Chinese (written and spoken) to coordinate with regional teams

Required competencies and certifications

• Eligibility to work in Singapore (Singapore Citizen / PR / valid work pass)

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Proven experience in international logistics and trade management
• Strong detail orientation and responsibility in managing cross-regional communication and problem-solving
