We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to join our team and help us continue to thrive.

Position Overview:

The Music & Dance School Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the school, ensuring a high-quality experience for students, faculty, and staff. This role involves managing administrative functions, coordinating events, and supporting the overall growth and development of the school.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the music school, including scheduling, staffing, and facility management.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and student satisfaction.
• Manage budgets, financial records, and procurement of supplies and equipment.
• Coordinate and promote school events, including concerts, recitals, and workshops.
• Supervise and support administrative and teaching staff.
• Handle student inquiries, and registrations, and resolve any issues or concerns.
• Collaborate with faculty to develop and refine curriculum and program offerings.
• Implement marketing and outreach strategies to attract new students and maintain community engagement.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Business Administration, Arts Management, Music, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably within an educational or arts organization.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with management software.
• Passion for music and the arts with a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.
