We are seeking freelance, self-motivated Sales Executives to support our marketing and events business on a commission basis. This flexible, side-hustle friendly role offers uncapped earning potential through client sourcing, sales, and relationship management.
Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential clients to offer services that meet their needs
- Close sales deals and professionally manage ongoing client relationships to encourage retention
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution after deal confirmation
- Maintain accurate sales records and follow up on leads to maximize sales opportunities
- Present and promote products and services clearly to increase customer interest and sales
- Manage your own schedule, location, and work hours independently, preferably between 930 – 1130am and 2-5 pm
- Maintain a reliable and professional demeanor when interacting with customers and colleagues
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience in sales, marketing, events, or client servicing to effectively engage and convert clients
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to clearly present solutions and build client trust
- Self-driven and able to work independently to manage time and meet sales targets in a freelance role
Other Information
- Commission structure: UP TO 25% commission on all new deals closed in Year 1 upon successful payment
- Recurring commission: 5% from the same client in Year 2 upon successful payment
- Typical monthly earnings range from $500 to $5,000+ based on performance
- Flexible working hours suitable for side hustles or freelance work
