Job Description

Develop and execute financial strategies to support the organization’s long-term goals.
Lead financial forecasting, budgeting, and planning processes across departments.
Oversee day-to-day financial operations including accounting, reporting, payroll, and cash flow management.
Monitor financial performance and recommend corrective actions as needed.
Prepare and manage annual budgets and ensure adherence to financial targets.
Provide accurate financial projections and scenario planning to guide executive decision-making.
Generate timely and accurate financial reports for the CEO, board of directors, and stakeholders.
Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Identify financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
Oversee insurance coverage, internal controls, and financial safeguards.
Manage company assets, investments, and funding strategies.
Assess and advise on capital structure, funding options, and ROI of major initiatives.
Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, ensuring high standards of performance.
Foster a culture of accountability, accuracy, and financial discipline.
Oversee implementation and optimization of financial systems and tools.
Ensure accurate, secure, and efficient use of financial data and technology.
