Responsibilities

• Complete training to develop skills in preparing pastries with Japanese techniques to ensure product quality and consistency
• Learn to prepare matcha drinks following authentic Japanese methods to deliver a unique customer experience
• Apply trained skills to produce high-quality pastries and matcha beverages for in-store dining and takeaway
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the preparation area to support efficient service and product safety
