Job Summary

Lead and supervise daily operations in a fast-paced F&B environment, ensuring efficient inventory management, cost control, and team performance while promoting authentic Japanese matcha products.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise staff to maintain high service standards and operational efficiency in a fast-paced F&B setting
• Manage inventory systems to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize waste
• Implement cost control measures to optimize profitability and reduce expenses
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and resolve operational issues
• Foster a passion for Japanese culture and matcha products to enhance customer engagement and product knowledge
• Adapt to shift work schedules, including weekends and public holidays, to meet business needs

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Prior F&B experience with at least two years in a supervisory role
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
