Job Description

Conducting market research to identify potential areas for business growth and expansion.
Analyzing industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform business development strategies.
Cultivating and maintaining relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Developing strategies to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to existing clients.
Establishing rapport and trust with new clients through effective communication and relationship-building.
Creating and presenting proposals, pitches, and presentations to potential clients.
Tailoring proposals to meet the specific needs and objectives of each client.
Negotiating terms and contracts with clients to close deals and secure new business.
Developing and implementing strategic sales plans and tactics to achieve business development objectives.
Setting sales targets and KPIs, and monitoring performance against goals.
Analyzing sales data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and identify areas for improvement.
