RoleOverview

We are looking for a dynamic and client-focused Account Manager with experience in both sales and recruitment to manage and grow client relationships in the Singapore market. This role requires someone who can confidently meet clients face-to-face, understand their hiring and business needs, present the company’s capabilities, and work closely with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely and quality closures.

The ideal candidate should be commercially driven, relationship-oriented, and able to manage the full cycle from business development to hiring delivery.

KeyResponsibilities

·      Manage and grow key client accounts within the Singapore market

·      Conduct face-to-face client meetings to build strong business relationships

·      Present company services, capabilities, and value proposition through client presentations and PPTs

·      Attend and lead client calls, business discussions, and requirement gathering sessions

·      Understand client hiring plans, workforce challenges, and recruitment priorities

·      Work closely with clients to identify current and upcoming hiring needs

·      Coordinate with internal recruitment / delivery teams to ensure quality candidate submissions

· Prioritise urgent roles and drive faster closures based on business criticality

·      Ensure smooth communication between client stakeholders and internal teams

·      Follow up regularly with clients for feedback, pipeline discussions, and hiring progress

·      Support in new business development, account expansion, and cross-selling opportunities

·      Maintain strong market intelligence on hiring trends, competitor activity, and client expectations in Singapore

·      Track open positions, closures, client interactions, and account performance metrics

·      Ensure high levels of client satisfaction, responsiveness, and delivery excellence

RequiredSkills & Experience

·      4–8+ years of experience in Account Management / Client Management / Sales / Recruitment

·      Strong understanding of the Singapore hiring market

·      Proven experience in handling client-facing roles within the staffing, recruitment, or consulting industry

·      Experience in managing both sales conversations and hiring delivery

·      Ability to confidently conduct client presentations and business meetings

·      Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

·      Good understanding of recruitment lifecycle, talent acquisition, and hiring coordination

·      Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple client requirements

·      Strong commercial mindset with a focus on relationship building and closures

·      Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM / ATS tools

PreferredProfile

·      Prior experience working with Singapore-based clients

·      Existing network within the Singapore market will be an advantage

·      Exposure to IT / Tech / Banking/ Corporate hiring is preferred

·      Candidate should be confident, proactive, and strong in client engagement
