Found a hair in the soup, and the meat was dry and overcooked. The staff also forgot the edamame that was supposed to come with the set. Terrible!

A meat noodle shop located in the food court on the basement floor of Clarke Quay Central. Beef and pork are available, and Matsusaka beef is also displayed.

Ordered the pork bowl. Meat portions were generous but the pork was a bit on the chewy side and there wasn't a strong aburi taste and there was not much sauce either. It's OKayish.

Very delicious, juicy and flavourful beef and pork served here. I like the beef’s chewy and ‘fatty’ texture - it goes really well with the sauce that they use. Might experience long queues if you visit during the peak (lunch and dinner) hours, so try visiting them during the off-peak hours. (Update: They no longer close between 2:30pm-5pm, and are open for the whole day, apparently)
