Staffs were not friendly when I entered .. during my visits , the staff stopped me from entering while I have food and drinks at hand . Totally unacceptable . And will not patronize this store again .

Spoiled for choices and the staff there are more than happy to share their experiences and ideas. Don't up sell that's what I like. The aisles are spacious and things are super organized. For anyone who would like to start some handicrafts, here is the place to start.

I had such a great experience with Koi Ming Enterprise! I was sourcing a unique chain for my final year project and was disappointed to find it sold out when I visited the store. It was a special piece made in Korea/Japan exclusively for their store needs! The store assistant was incredibly kind and suggested I leave my prototype and contact number so their boss could reach out. To my surprise, I received a call the very next morning! We discussed the project, and he went the extra mile by personally contacting the overseas manufacturer to rush the order just in time. I managed to collect the chain yesterday—just a day before my shoot for my graduation project! Even more amazing, he met me personally (outside of working hours!) once it arrived. I genuinely felt so relieved and thankful. Thank you to the team at Koi Ming for going above and beyond—I really appreciate the support!😮💨💗

Visited the store to find beads to make daisy bracelets, and did not know where to start. The aunties working there were all really friendly and helpful, so one of them gave me advice on what I needed to get started. Came back a week later to buy more beads and accessories findings, and she still recognised me! There are so many interesting materials to craft personalised jewellery, it's a creative's heaven there :)

Visited the shop with my wife this afternoon to buy beads to make Rosary Bracelets as souvenirs for our friends. We were not very sure what beads to buy or how to make them. The shop assistants were approachable, very patient, and knowledgeable. In the end, we were able to purchase the right type of materials to make the Rosary Bracelets. We will go back to them again for future projects.

The staff here were so helpful in helping me with beads to get for bracelets, and offered recommendations as well. Would highly recommend visiting them! Saw that they also run workshops as well.
