I first came to know about this Alpine Tour at the Natas Fair in August 2024. The agent who assisted us then, was named Terrance Chan. However, it was handed over to Mr Kovan Naa during the deposit process where he handed me his name card. Extremely disappointed with Kovan Naa’s customer service as I was left on read/ delivered several times on WhatsApp. Called CTC several times to ask about the confirmation of the tour and the phone was answered by a rude Chinese lady. Completely unexpected for a company who has won the Singapore Prestige Brand award. At this point you might think the trip was already ruined for me. Fortunately, my family and I were lucky to get Mr Barry Yip as our tour leader. Not only was he knowledgeable about the European continent, he even put his heart and soul to help us locate the stores we wanted to purchase from. Mine was a jersey from AC Milan Football Club. He also brought us to experience more attractions when we were on schedule and provided assistance to help us weigh our luggage a day before we were due to return to S’pore. What CTC lacked, Mr Barry provided. And yes that’s Barry in the last 2 photos. A big Thank you to Mr Barry for making our first EU trip a dream for us! Simply Outstanding!

I joined CTC 8D6N Colourful Hokkaido trip after comparing the itineraries with a few agencies. My trip depart on 24 July and the tour leader is Xiao Lin. He is very humorous, knowledgeable and caring. I have not seen a tour guide like him for the longest time. Most tour guide will ask to take a nap after talking only for 20 mins. He spends his time explaining the history and culture of Hokkaido. He also take good care of all the group members. The itinerary of CTC is very special too with helicopter ride and visit to Royce chocolate factory. Truly a magical experience with CTC. I hope to join them again with my next japan trip to Kyshu.

Had an extremely fun and enjoyable trip to South Africa and Victoria Falls with CTC Travel. Our tour leader Kelly Wong is very cheerful, caring and attentive to details. She provided us with different snacks everyday and even ginger tea during cold mornings. She even brought extra jackets, gloves and masks in case we need it. Our local tour guides in Zimbabwe and Cape Town are very knowledgeable and friendly. The tour was relaxing and we enjoyed the food there. I will travel with CTC again.

百灵our tour leader from s'pore was amazing, from the start at Changi airport making sure our luggages were tagged and easily recognised.
