Phillip was very helpful and provided excellent recommendations for us. Excellent prices for quality luggage! We specifically went there based on previous reviews which were spot on.

We actually search here in the google maps with "Cheapest Luggage Bag in Singapore" and this store pops up as the top 1 with goods reviews and so we went for it. We also have read low reviews from here but just go with our guts and trusted the good reviews and yes it was a really good people with awesome customer services. Once we arrived there we have been immediately accommodated by Mr. Sir as you can see in the photo and he is very polite. We immediately said that we are looking for the cheapest luggage bag for 20kg and he have mentioned a bag costing only around 50+ dollars. But as you can see in the photo, we have purchased a luggage bag around 90+ dollars as it seems more sturdy and the original price is 99 but it seems that he is in a good mood on a morning saturday so we got it at a discounted price hehe. For the payment, they are accepting cash and card as well. We insisted in paying card because we only have 60 dollars on hand cash so he said we can pay for cash and the remaining balance at card. Overall, this is a really recommended place for purchasing a travel bag especially for people like us who are really in need of a travel bag. I hope this review helps other people as well and have the same experience we did.

Very pleasant elderly couple assisted us and patiently waited for us to make our decision. No hard selling and prices were competitive. Got the Lojel luggage (new colour) I wanted at a good price!

The service was very excellent. The 2 owners are super friendly. No hard sell at all!! When i asked them if they have the model and colour that i wanted, they didn’t have stock. But 2 days later the uncle texted me that the stock had arrived. He was very kind to keep the stock for me for almost 1 week as I was in overseas so I can go to the shop to buy when i was back in SG. On the day i went back to buy, he set the passcode for the lock for me and told me all the features of the luggage and also how to register for warrantee. The price is very competitive. I definitely recommend this shop. 5 stars with 2 thumbs up!!
