Went into both KW & AK watches previously a few months back but did not buy. They were very welcoming and friendly. Went back to AK again today as my wife and I were in the area. Hand itchy wanna look at watches. As usual. Very friendly and patient. I took a long time to decide. Throughout the process, I was quite paiseh to take up so much time viewing (i had bad experience elsewhere rushing through without viewing properly). But they told me it's okay and to take my time. Initially didn't have intention of buying. But the condition, price and service was superb. Eventually settled on one piece and they took their time to explain to me the differences on movements and even bracelets. I'd definitely recommend people who are looking to buy, sell or trade watches to check them out. Thank you for making my day!
