A seasoned recovery operator.
Minimum 10 years in hard collections.
You have managed serious delinquency portfolios.
You have pushed files to lawyers.
You have stood in court corridors.
You have knocked on doors.
If you need supervision or are uncomfortable escalating cases aggressively but lawfully — this is not for you.
You will take full control of our overdue book (individual + corporate).
Your mandate is simple:
Maximise recovery. Minimise losses. Move cases fast.
Manage late-stage and high-risk accounts.
Segment, prioritise and attack high-value exposures.
Drive monthly recovery numbers.
Make firm decisions on restructure vs legal escalation vs enforcement.
Work directly with external lawyers.
Issue demands, file suits, push judgments.
Follow through on enforcement.
Attend court matters when required.
Ensure legal costs are justified by recovery probability.
We expect you to understand the litigation flow and not rely on lawyers to “teach you collections”.
Conduct physical visits to debtors (individual & corporate).
Negotiate settlements face-to-face.
Assess financial capacity and assets on the ground.
Gather intelligence that strengthens enforcement strategy.
Travel independently. Valid driving licence required.
You must be comfortable handling difficult, confrontational situations professionally.
Improve ageing buckets.
Reduce NPL ratio.
Accelerate recovery cycle.
Deliver measurable monthly cash collections.
Minimum 10 years hard collections experience in finance / banking / licensed moneylending.
Strong legal recovery exposure (demand letters → writs → judgment → enforcement).
Corporate / SME recovery experience preferred.
Proven field collections track record.
Able to operate independently with minimal oversight.
Strong negotiation and settlement capability.
High resilience and strong pressure tolerance.
Operators who enjoy winning difficult cases.
Individuals comfortable making tough calls.
Recovery professionals who think in exposure size, probability of recovery, and enforcement leverage.
