Linkflow Capital is a business financing consultancy firm.

Office: 150 South Bridge Road (3min. walk from nearest MRT station: Chinatown)


Role and responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to sales team, digital filing and documentations
  • Fill up application forms and prepare templated email submissions to our banking partners
  • Assist with invoicing and sales support tasks
  • Simple administrative tasks (i.e. light data entry ensuring accuracy, commission calculations etc)
  • Send templated emails and WhatsApp messages to clients with company provided phone number
  • No front facing sales responsibilities, all client enquiries will be handled by sales team. This is a backend function.
  • Training will be provided
  • Working hours: 9.30am to 6pm weekdays. Strictly no OT or weekend hours required.
  • Flexi-work: Work-from-home 2 days a week after initial probation period can be requested.
  • Remuneration: $2,000 to $2,400. Career progression is provided for, if candidate displays an aptitude to learn.

Prerequisites:

Able to write and speak English fluently
Proficient with basic Gmail (Google Workspace), Word and Excel functions
Meticulous, sharp and keen eye to detail
Ability to think and act independently with minimal supervision
Good team player and active learning disposition
Candidates with accounting or banking ops background will be favorably considered
