💼 Position: Store Manager
🕒 Working Hours: 44 hours per week (roster-based, including weekends and public holidays)

✨ What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Lead, motivate, and train your retail team to achieve sales and service excellence.
• Manage inventory, merchandising, and store presentation to align with brand standards.
• Handle customer feedback and deliver an exceptional shopping experience.
• Track sales performance and report to management regularly.
• Support promotional activities and store events.

🌈 What We’re Looking For

• At least 2–3 years of retail management experience (lifestyle, fashion, or stationery preferred).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Hands-on, organized, and customer-focused.
• Able to work retail shifts, weekends, and public holidays as part of a rotating roster.
• Positive attitude and passion for building a great store culture.
• 44 hours, 5 days roster
