Responsibilities:

Establishing and maintaining standardized project management processes, methodologies and best practices across the bank to ensure consistency and efficiency
Evaluating project proposals and prioritizing them based on their alignment with the bank's strategic goals, potential ROI, and regulatory urgency
Proactively identifying, assessing, and monitoring potential project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies, and escalating critical concerns to senior leadership
Ensuring all projects, especially those involving IT systems (like core banking upgrades or AI/ML deployments), data privacy (GDPR), and new product launches, adhere to the banking industry's stringent and evolving regulatory landscape
Any ad-hoc duties as required
