Project Management Officer (PMO, Bank)

Responsibilities:

• Establishing and maintaining standardized project management processes, methodologies and best practices across the bank to ensure consistency and efficiency
• Evaluating project proposals and prioritizing them based on their alignment with the bank's strategic goals, potential ROI, and regulatory urgency
• Proactively identifying, assessing, and monitoring potential project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies, and escalating critical concerns to senior leadership
• Ensuring all projects, especially those involving IT systems (like core banking upgrades or AI/ML deployments), data privacy (GDPR), and new product launches, adhere to the banking industry's stringent and evolving regulatory landscape
• Any ad-hoc duties as required
