Job Description

Design and execute comprehensive marketing plans that align with the company’s overall business objectives and goals.
Lead the strategic planning of marketing campaigns to increase market share, enhance brand image, and drive revenue growth.
Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team, including hiring, training, and evaluating team performance.
Foster a collaborative, creative, and high-performing team environment.
Assign roles, set clear performance expectations, and monitor progress to ensure team efficiency.
Develop strategies to enhance the company’s brand presence, positioning, and reputation in the market.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
Analyze data and insights from marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly to improve performance and ROI.
Lead the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, social media, and other platforms.
Oversee public relations efforts and ensure clear and effective communication with key stakeholders, media, and the public.
Develop strategies for crisis management, reputation management, and effective communication during sensitive times.
Provide regular reports to senior management, summarizing marketing performance, KPIs, and the ROI of marketing activities.
