Job Responsibilities
Participate in the planning, design, development, implementation, evaluation, and sourcing of training programs, service initiatives, service campaigns, and ad-hoc service projects.
Support the recruitment, training, coordination, and administration of gift-wrapping personnel, including related training, service, and HR activities.
Deliver stand-up training sessions to frontline and support staff.
Provide editorial content and photography coverage for the company’s in-house newsletter.
Assist in the rollout of employee engagement initiatives and the organization of annual corporate events.
Job Requirements
Degree holder, preferably with professional certifications in training or learning and development.
Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience, preferably within the retail or service industry.
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
Excellent command of spoken and written English.
