Events & Marketing Executive

Employment Type: Full-Time (Includes Rotational Weekend Shifts)

Job Description & Key Responsibilities:

Event Product & Marketing Support

• Oversee product launch projects: plan and track content schedules, execute HTML development and content uploads, and ensure a smooth process from testing to official release.
• Design simple marketing collaterals, including posters, flyers, and digital assets for events.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance of all marketing and communication materials (online and offline) with temple guidelines.
• Collaborate with IT and Finance teams to create and manage event products in the internal system and e-commerce website.

Event Planning & Coordination

• Plan, organize, and execute temple events, ceremonies, and special programs.
• Implement email marketing campaigns to engage devotees and reach relevant audiences.

General Administrative & Other Duties

• Create and manage ceremony-related products in the system and e-commerce website.
• Provide photography and videography support, including documentation of ceremonies, events, and VIP visits.
• Prepare and process offering materials (e.g., printing, cutting, and laminating).
• Support the smooth running of ceremonies and special temple events.
• Perform other duties as assigned by temple management.
