We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cargo Claims Executive/ Senior Cargo Claims Executive specializing in handling marine cargo claims. The role offers an exciting opportunity to be involved in marine cargo claims from a global portfolio and to work alongside an experienced team of professionals in a supportive and high-performing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Handling a portfolio of marine cargo claims independently and efficiently

· Providing advice and assistance to clients on marine cargo claims

· Liaising with external surveyors, lawyers and experts to obtain expert advice where needed

· Maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely updates to all stakeholders

Requirements:

· 2 – 5 years of experience in marine cargo claims handling

· Strong understanding of the marine cargo claims processes, adjustment and documentation

· Excellent analytical, communication and negotiation skills

· Ability to work effectively in multicultural and cross-border environments

· Proactive, detail-oriented and able to thrive in a high-performing team
