Job Description
Our client is a Singapore-based ICT solutions provider specializing in network infrastructure, security, and enterprise connectivity solutions. The company supports customers across regulated and mission-critical environments, including financial services, government, transport, and large enterprises. They focus on solution design, implementation, and professional services around secure networks, traffic management, and digital infrastructure, working closely with technology partners to deliver reliable and scalable outcomes.
Job Summary
This field sales role focuses on business development and new logo acquisition within an ICT / System Integrator environment. You will build opportunities from the ground up, targeting key accounts and selected enterprise accounts.
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and direct field engagement to expand the customer base.
- Initiate and manage face-to-face meetings with new customers to advance sales opportunities and build relationships
- Own the entire sales cycle from lead generation through to deal closure, ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets
- Analyze customer requirements and collaborate with pre-sales teams to position and tailor suitable ICT solutions effectively
- Build and maintain a sustainable sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and regular reporting to support business planning
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum diploma or degree from a recognized institution
- Proven experience in field sales demonstrating a strong hunter mindset
- Background in ICT, technology, or system integrator sales
- Ability to conduct cold calling, door opening, and onsite customer engagement with confidence
- Self-driven, disciplined, and results-oriented approach to managing sales activities
- Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience with ICT end-to-end solutions including cybersecurity, HSM, and payment networks
- Previous individual contributor role within a system integrator environment
- Familiarity with deal sizes 5mil and above in ICT sales
- High commissions for both new logos and Renewal paid out annually and uncapped.
