Job responsibilities:
Act as a brand ambassador, upholding company values, service standards, and vision while delivering exceptional customer experiences
Foster a positive, high-performing team culture and enhance overall employee experience
Deliver exceptional customer experiences through strong floor leadership and team development
Coach and mentor team members, setting an example on the retail floor
Oversee daily showroom operations, including staff coverage and prioritisation of tasks
Manage multiple tasks and complex situations with confidence and sound judgment
Stay updated on company policies, processes, product launches, and customer insights
Support ad-hoc projects and additional responsibilities as assigned by management team
Requirement:
Diploma or equivalent qualification in Retail Management, Business, Hospitality, or a related field is an advantage
Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail service environment, preferably within furniture, lifestyle, or fashion
Prior supervisory or assistant management experience with strong people leadership and coaching skills
Experience in visual merchandising, store layout planning, and product presentation
Customer-centric mindset with a passion for design-led retail environments
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
