Responsibilities:

Ensure vessels meet all health, safety, and environmental standards and regulations, including ISM, ISPS, and MARPOL
Oversee the day-to-day marine operations, including navigational, DP, and deck operations
Provide operational support and guidance to vessel Masters and senior officers
Conduct safety inspections, manage incident investigations and follow up on safety audits
Any ad-hoc duties as required
