Position: Assistant Marketing cum Business Development Manager.
Job Scope:
· Growing the company's market presence and share
· Generating new business opportunities and creating a strong brand identity.
Marketing aspect:
· Responsible for developing and executing marketing plans and strategies,
· Customer engagement and sales, to achieve business goals and targets.:
· Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer behaviours, competitor strategies, and market opportunities.
· Analyse customer needs and preferences to tailor marketing strategies to achieve sales revenue
· Establish and foster good customer relationships.
Business development aspect:
· Increase our presence in Indonesia, Thailand, Taiwan, USA, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Russia
· Promote our products ie berets (military and fashion), Big caps, Sunhats, Work Suits, Jerseys, Singlets, Shirts and pants, etc. to above countries via physical presence, e-commerce, digital marketing, etc.
· Venture and promote our products in the Military and Defence and Security industry, Fashion, F&B, Airlines, Hospitality, Healthcare, retailers, shopping malls, etc.
· Develop strategies and plans for lead generation and sales
· Prepare proposals, bids and presentations for new business opportunities.
· Help to negotiate contracts and terms with clients and partners.
· Monitor industry trends with a view to keeping up to date with industry developments, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities for existing and new products.
· Tracking sales data to ensure targets are achieved
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing or equivalent with at least 3 years of marketing experience.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented and resourceful with ability to work independently.
- Ability to create and execute strategic marketing plans and initiatives.
- Analytical skills to assess market data, evaluate business performance and identify new business opportunities for existing products and new products.
